NORME COMPLEMENTARI

È escluso dal supplemento di tariffa il solo bagaglio a mano e, comunque, qualunque collo che abbia misure inferiori a cm 50 di lato.

Il cliente ha diritto di far attendere il taxi, senza il pagamento di alcun supplemento, per mezz'ora ogni 100 km di percorso, determinati calcolando anche i chilometri del viaggio di ritorno.

Qualora si verifichi l'ipotesi prevista all'art. 23 - punto 3° - del Regolamento Comunale per la disciplina del servizio pubblico da piazza ci si dovrà attenere alla seguente normativa:

• se non ne deriva un prolungamento del percorso originariamente stabilito, non si applica alcun supplemento di tariffa.

• se viene a derivarne un prolungamento del percorso originariamente stabilito il tassametro sarà riportato a zero alla prima fermata e rimesso in funzione per il percorso successivo.

DISPOSITION COMPLÉMENTAIRES

N'est pas compris dans le supplément de tarif le bagage à main et, de toute façon, n'inporte quel colis qui ne soit plus de 50 cm de côté.

Le client a le droit de faire attendre le taxi, sans payer aucun supplément, un demi heure tous les 100 Km de parcours déterminés en calculant aussi les Kilomètres du voyage de retour.

Si se vérifie l'Hypothèse prévue par l'art.23 - point 3 - du Règlement Municipal qui discipline le service public de taxi, il faudra se conformer aux disposition suivantes:

• S'il ne résulte pas un prolongemet du parcours originairement fixe, aucun supplément de tarif sera appliqué;

• S'il résulte un prolungement du parcours originairement fixé le taximètre sera mis au zéro au premier arrêt er remis en marche pour le parcours successif.

   COMPLEMENTARY DIRECTIONS

Only light luggage and, anyway, any package having size lower than 50 cm in side, are excluded from the additional charge of the rate.

The client has the right to make the cab wait, without any additional charge, for half an hour each 100 km of run, determined considering also the kilometers of the back trip.

when the hypothesis provided in art. 23 - point 3 - of the municipal regulations for the rule of public service cabs occurs, you must conform to the following regulation:

• if an extension of the run originally fixed doesn't follow, no additional charge of the rate is applied.

• if an extension of the run originally fixed follows, the taximeter will be taken back to zero at the first stop and brought into use again for the following run.

ERGÄNZENDE REGELN

Vom Zuschlag ist nur Handgepäck ausgeschlagen und sowieso jedes Kollo, das wenig als 50 cm groB ist.

Der Kunde Kann das Taxi cine Halbstunde jede 100 Km warten Passen, ohne Zuschlag zu bezahlen, Die 100 Km schlieBen auch die Rückreise mitein.

Wenn die Hypothese vom art. 23 - Punkt 3 - der Gemeindeordnung für die Regelung des öffentlichen TaxiverKehr zustande Kommt, muB man sich den folgeden Regeln anpassen:

• Wenn es Keine Verlängerung der Vereinbarten Fahrt gibt, ist Kein Zuschlag angewandt.

• Wenn es Keine Verlängerung der Vereinbarten Fahrt gibt, der Taxameter wird an der ersten Haltestelle auf Null eingestellt und für die nächste Fahrt wieder funktionieren lassen.
